A b2b growth consultancy
In love with creating sustainable and profitable results.
1. The opposite of nature is impossible
Nature as an efficient teacher of sustainable and profitable growth cycles.
2. Natural biz lifecycles Require their respective set of actions
Three biz cycles we work within:
1. Manufacture; going from zero to one.
2. Maximise; the cycle of going from 10 to 100.
3. Momentum; emerges from 101+ and extends into innovation.
3. Four-S.T.E.P. Methodology applied inside each biz cycle
The methodology compels results, moving us through; clarity, focus, meaningful action, (which is almost always followed by) fear, shame, guilt triangles that appear in people the moment we get into action, however, once mastered, allows us to achieve the momentum we deserve.
TABTF has an office in Rathmines D6 with a team of 3 including Shannon Eastman.
TABTF has 4 full time staff in the Philippines.
TABTF is an advocate for SMEs to be working with remote talent; we invite all of our clients to ask us about how the remote office operates to inspire their own idea for how they can replicate it in their firm.
TABTF roots date back to 1990, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
TABTF S.T.E.P. Methodology emerged on a set of large post-it notes one Saturday morning all over Shannon's gaf in St. John's Wood London, UK back in 2014. Shannon invited a group of 8 peers to attend in order to analyse and rip apart the ideas presented on the day, with the intention of improving them. This process has since been repeated more than 250x since.
Teach a Brand to Fish is a play on the parable “Give a man to fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for life.” TABTF has a high value on making our clients independent in their growth.
TABTF founder and lead facilitator is Shannon Eastman.
TABTF has had a few people along the years apply to be a junior facilitator in order to learn, and ultimately master the methodology so they can work with it in their own lives. As such a train the trainer programme has emerged.
This is the first public appearance of the TABTF draft methodology, Q2, 2014.
The workshop took place in Shannon's flat, St. John's Wood, London, UK with 8 of her peers invited to punch holes in the work in order to make it better.
A 4-week pilot would emerge off the back of this workshop that would result in a participant demanding a full refund with a bucket of abuse unleashed.
The feedback, would become the sand paper that led to the version of the methodology that we have today.
The Methodology continues to upgrade with every application.
